How to make a simple pistachio cake

Ingredients for pistachio cake

  • Fresh or dry pistachios three quarters of a glass

  • 2 glasses of flour

  • Cardamom powder 1 teaspoon

  • A quarter of a teaspoon of salt

  • A third of a glass of milk

  • A teaspoon of vanilla

  • 1/3 glass of butter

  • Two thirds of a glass of sugar

  • 3 eggs

  • Pistachio slices to decorate 3 tablespoons

  • Baking powder 2 teaspoons

How to make a simple pistachio cake

first stage

To make this delicious pistachio cake, we first remove the pistachio kernels and put them in a food processor until they are powdered. Then we mix flour, baking powder, salt and cardamom powder in a container.

second stage

In another bowl, mix butter and sugar together and mix well with a mixer until creamy. Then add the eggs one by one and mix until the ingredients are combined.

third level

Next, we mix milk and vanilla together and pour a little of it into the prepared egg mixture and stir slowly. Then add some flour mixture and stir. In this way, add the rest of the milk ingredients and the rest of the flour to make the cake batter.



The fourth stage

We grease the mold that we have considered for baking this cake with liquid oil or oil that separates the cake from the mold and pour the prepared pistachio cake batter into the mold. If you wish, at this stage, you can decorate the top of the cake with pistachio slices.

The fifth stage

Now we leave the cake to bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes. After our pistachio cake is completely cooked, we take it out of the oven and decorate it with desired ingredients if desired. We hope you enjoy eating this simple and delicious homemade pistachio cake.

ingredients

  • 3 cups of white flour

  • Solid oil or margarine 200 grams

  • One cup of pistachio powder

  • 2 egg yolks

  • 150 grams of powdered sugar

  • Green food coloring if desired

Pistachio pastry recipe

Mix the oil or margarine with powdered sugar until it becomes fluffy. Then add the egg yolks and mix until smooth.

Add flour and pistachio powder and knead the dough until it becomes smooth. If the color is weak, you can add a few drops of green food coloring.

Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for two hours and then roll it out to half a centimeter in diameter with a rolling pin and mold it.

Put it in a preheated oven at 170 degrees and cook until the pastry turns golden.

The dough is dry and should become sticky by kneading, but only the dough should be balled, not enough to fall into the oil.

Due to having pistachio powder, pistachios will release oil by kneading a lot.

The next point is to cut the pastry from the oven.

The pistachio pastry is soft and touch it, you think it will harden if it stays in the environment uncooked.

There is no need to grease the oven tray and oil paper.

The oven should only be heated, but not hot, because the pastry will be a little thin and if you use a patterned mold, the pattern will fade.

I only used pistachio powder and did not add color, you can use it.

Pistachio pancakes

ingredients:

  • 4 large spoons of pistachio powder.

  • Two-thirds of a glass of milk (two-thirds means dividing one glass into three)

  • one to one and a half glasses of white flour (if the eggs are large, add more flour, if the eggs are small, one glass of flour is enough)

  • Baking powder 1 tablespoon full head

  • Two eggs

  • Two tablespoons of oil

  • 4 tablespoons of sugar

  • A little vanilla



preparation method

First of all, I must say that I am not satisfied with my hand mixer. How many times did it fail?

Mix the sugar, eggs and vanilla well until it foams a little, then pour milk and oil, and then add pistachio powder, flour and baking powder and mix well until no lumps of flour remain.

The concentration of the ingredients should be a little looser than yogurt.

Put the ingredients in a non-stick frying pan without greasing, set the heat to medium and pour about half a glass or a ladle. When it bubbles, turn it after two minutes and cook the other side for a minute or less.

In the end, I poured breakfast chocolate on it.

Note: It is better to serve the pancake right away, that is, hot. It hardens a little in the refrigerator.
